The Picnic Approach

We have tackled various different pricing challenges - we know a mix of art and science is required to answer key pricing questions.

Based on your unique challenge, we find the appropriate technique and other design factors to optimise accuracy. For example, we may apply behavioural economics principles (e.g. use of anchor price points, decoys, nudges) in the design and interpretation of our insights, adjust for future market factors, and fuse with market sales data.

Outcomes

We deliver recommendations on the pricing model and price points to adopt, based on the business requirements. An excel-based simulator is also provided should there be a need to manipulate multiple scenarios.
