When we founded Picnic in 2019, we saw a need for flexible consulting services that extend your team and help you scale as needed.  

When you choose Picnic, you’re choosing to work with experts who are fully accountable principals (agency owners).  Yes, we are a small agency, which ultimately means we are focused on a smaller set of clients and projects.  We operate with care and agility, and as a team all roles are hands-on right through the research process.

“Why the name Picnic?”

Picnic was chosen as it reflects how we work. We combine all manner of inputs to create a special outcome.

The Picnic table (hopefully that’s obvious!) represents people individually bring something unique and different to the table. It also evokes the Chinese character 大 for "big", which is a nod to some of our work in the region.
